Retain a useful, flexible Bedroom 3 while accommodating the relocated Storeroom. Provide a single bed for guest use and a computer/study table while also supporting occasional work, hobbies, family prayer and possible future nursery use. Preserve the jointly allocated wardrobe capacity and practical circulation.
This is the authoritative merged requirements record for Bedroom 3. It preserves the valid initial requirements, the earlier joint wardrobe-allocation decision, both owners' independently completed positions and the owners' subsequently resolved bed and study-table decisions.
Non-Negotiables
BR3-NN-002 — Agreed: Provide a wardrobe, ceiling fan, suitable lighting, distributed power and one wired network connection.
BR3-NN-004 — Agreed: Size and configure the Bedroom 3 wardrobe to store both owners' rarely used workwear, abayas, dresses and formal clothing relocated from the Main bedroom. Allocate approximately half to each owner and confirm item quantities, full- and short-hanging lengths and access needs before wardrobe design approval. Weekly planned workwear and undergarments remain in the Main-bedroom wardrobe.
BR3-NN-005 — Agreed: Provide air-conditioning from the beginning and coordinate the blower, fan, furniture, curtains, refrigerant route, condensate drainage and servicing access.
BR3-NN-006 — Agreed: Keep door swings, wardrobe access, window operation and the principal circulation route workable in every proposed furniture scenario.
BR3-NN-026 — Agreed: Provide a single bed at handover for guest-room use. Finalise its exact dimensions and specification only after demonstrating the wardrobe, study table, family-prayer space, circulation and future nursery flexibility together.
BR3-NN-027 — Agreed: Provide a computer/study table at handover with nearby power and convenient access to the wired network point. Let the interior designer propose its size, placement and whether a freestanding or another adaptable form best preserves circulation.
Strongly Preferred
BR3-SP-003 — Agreed: Maintain a flexible, multipurpose furniture layout that can support guest use, study or work, play, hobbies and a possible future nursery without major fixed changes beyond the wardrobe.
BR3-SP-007 — Agreed: Provide wardrobe capacity for the agreed clothing allocation together with bedding and useful general overflow storage. Confirm the balance of hanging, folded, drawer and large-compartment storage through an item-based schedule before fabrication.
BR3-SP-008 — Agreed: Provide layered general and task lighting and power points positioned to support alternative bed and desk layouts. Use the applicable Bedroom 2 lighting and electrical performance as a coordination reference without importing child-specific requirements unnecessarily.
BR3-SP-009 — Agreed: Prevent the adjoining Storeroom's ventilation, odours, mustiness, noise or unwanted air movement from affecting Bedroom 3.
BR3-SP-010 — Agreed: Keep permanent elements and service positions adaptable so the room's eventual long-term user and role can change without major renovation.

BR3-DO-016 — Select the wardrobe door type and final internal arrangement after reviewing the measured room, bed and desk layout. Yasmin has no preference between sliding and hinged doors; Fahmi asks the interior designer to propose the capacity.
BR3-DO-017 — Select the exact single-bed dimensions and specification after comparing the agreed room functions, prayer-space requirement, circulation and future nursery flexibility.

BR3-DIFF-001 — Initial bed arrangement: Resolved 23 August 2026. Fahmi reported that he and Yasmin jointly agreed to adopt Yasmin's proposal and provide a single bed at handover for guest-room use, as recorded under BR3-NN-026. Its exact dimensions and specification remain a design-selection item under BR3-DO-017.
BR3-DIFF-002 — Initial study-table provision: Resolved 23 August 2026. Fahmi reported that he and Yasmin jointly agreed to provide a computer/study table in Bedroom 3 at handover, as recorded under BR3-NN-027. Its size, placement and furniture form remain for the interior designer to propose.
Detailed requirements and coordination
Provisional Ideas
None currently. The earlier no-bed, convertible-bed and larger future-bed options were superseded by the joint decision to provide a single bed at handover.
Subject to Feasibility
BR3-SF-001 — Reduce Bedroom 3 only as required for the relocated Storeroom and aim to keep it approximately similar in size to Bedroom 2. Compare alternative partition positions and show the consequences for both rooms.
BR3-SF-013 — Demonstrate a dimensioned layout for the agreed single bed and computer/study table, including circulation, room and wardrobe doors, window access, fan sweep, AC airflow, power, network and storage.
BR3-SF-014 — Test whether a single bed, study table, built-in wardrobe and Yasmin's family-prayer floor-space requirement can all fit within the post-Storeroom footprint without compromising access or safe circulation.
BR3-SF-015 — Confirm the wardrobe's final capacity, built-in configuration, door type, internal lighting, drawer allocation, bedding compartment and full- versus short-hanging split after the owners verify the clothing and storage inventory.

BR3-YP-024 — Use a built-in wardrobe with internal lighting, drawers for miscellaneous items and a large bedding compartment. Let the interior designer propose sliding or hinged doors.
