Non-Negotiables

  • MBR-NN-001 — Provide dedicated jewellery storage within the wardrobe and storage for bags and personal items.
  • MBR-NN-003 — Provide internal wardrobe lighting, ceiling fan, suitable power and air-conditioning.

Strongly Preferred

  • MBR-SP-002 — Avoid unnecessary built-in furniture and retain comfortable zoning and circulation.
  • MBR-SP-004 — Yasmin does not require a fixed bedside table; Fahmi may use a movable bedside table.

  • MBR-DO-005 — Resolve the window affected by AC condenser heat without compromising ventilation or comfort.

Questions for the Interior Designer

  • What must be stored in the wardrobe, and which items need special access or security?

  • What mood, colours and level of darkness are preferred?
