  • Create an easy-to-maintain, well-ventilated common bathroom with safe access and dependable water containment.
  • This file is the authoritative requirements record for this area. The initial draft extracts known points from 10 - Requirements/00 - Renovation Discussion Summary.md; later merges must follow 02 - AI Collaboration Rules.md.

Decisions Outstanding

  • WC2-DO-006 — Decide whether WC2 has one entrance or two, and whether access is from the passage, kitchen or both.
Detailed requirements and coordination

Questions for the Interior Designer

  • Who will use WC2 daily and will it serve guests?
  • Is wet/dry separation a priority or optional given the room size?
  • What storage, shower and accessibility needs differ from WC1?

Whole-Home Coordination

  • Refer to 10 - Requirements/01 - Whole-Home Systems Requirements.md for shared electrical, network, plumbing, AC, accessibility and service-access requirements.
