Non-Negotiables
- SYS-NN-002 — Provide wired network connections to every room using cabling and network equipment rated for the selected PoE standard.
- SYS-NN-003 — Provide permanent water-supply and wastewater connections for the robot-vacuum dock, water dispenser and dehumidifier.
- SYS-NN-004 — Provide ceiling fans throughout the home and two AC blowers for the combined living/dining zone.
Strongly Preferred
- SYS-SP-001 — Full rewiring is strongly preferred because the flat is over 20 years old, pending inspection and advice on whether full replacement is necessary.
- SYS-SP-005 — Keep electrical, networking, plumbing, AC and other service routes neat, accessible and coordinated before carpentry.
Decisions Outstanding
- SYS-DO-006 — Compare gas instantaneous, electric instantaneous and electric storage water-heating systems.
